Meal delivery includes a friendly visit and a safety check. Concerns are reported appropriately.

Anyone is eligible who is at least 60 years old, their spouse, disabled, or 55 if Native American. Back to Top
A variety of menus, with a choice of entrees each day.
Freshly baked breads and desserts.
Vegetables, fruits, salads, and milk.
No more than 30% of calories from fat, averaged over the week. No fat in gravies. No tropical oils.
1/3 Recommended Daily Allowance of nutrients; all menus are approved by a Registered Dietitian.

Based on the First Entree choice only:
Calorie range between 600 and 850 including dessert.
Carbohydrate exchange rate between 5 and 8, including dessert.
The meal will not exceed 2 grams of sodium excluding dessert.

If you've made arrangements with the Site Manager to have a meal with us but your plans change, please call the Site Manager to cancel your meal. This helps us not waste food and prevents us from worrying about where you are. 541.574.0669 Back to Top

Meals are served at Newport Senior Activity Center on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at noon.
Home deliveries are also available on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
