Oregon Cascades West Council of Governments

A program of Oregon Cascades West Council of Governments.  Assists Lincoln County residents ages 60 and older to find community resources.  Administers a variety of State programs including Food Stamps, Prescription Assistance, Medicaid, Oregon Health Plan, In-home services, long term care, home delivered meals, case management, Adult Protective Services, Outreach and insurance programs to supplement Medicare.  Eligibility for some programs is based on income and resource requirements. 203 N.
